It's really easy to add filters in OpenSea, just open your Profile (it shows all of the NFTs that you own on that Wallet):
Then change the option to filter/modify the list. In my case, order by "Most Favorited":
And finally just replace account with your username. In my case that would be vimino.

And there you have it. Now you have a link to a filtered list of your NFTs and to showcase your aquisitions. For example, here's mine.
